🚗 What are your opening hours?
We’re open 24 hours a day for emergencies and regular appointments.
🚗 Where can I park nearby?
✈️ Can you issue travel documents or health certificates?
Only if you're using a licensed pet relocation agent. We offer health checks and rabies testing, but we don’t sign/submit export documents ourselves.
🩺 My pet has an ultrasound tomorrow — any prep?
- Fast for 12 hours before the appointment
- No water 4 hours before
- Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours ahead for full refund
🩺 What should I do before my pet’s surgery?
- No food after midnight before the procedure
- No water 4 hours prior to admission
- Sign the consent form (sent via email)
- Cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours ahead to retain your deposit

- Pre-op Check-up: $370
- Prepayment Deposit: $1000 (deducted on surgery day)
- Male dog: 0–10kg $1980 / 10–20kg $2520 / 20–30kg $3040
- Female dog: 0–10kg $3160 / 10–20kg $3440 / 20–30kg $4160
- Male cat: $1340 | Female cat: $2260
- Blood test: $990 (optional, based on vet advice)
- On-heat surcharge: +~$500

A pre-op check-up is required 14 days before the surgery.
✂️ When do you offer desex surgery?
Everyday. Drop-off time: 8:30–9:00am.
🧪 I missed a call about my pet’s report. What should I do?
Please call us back at 2915 3999 during opening hours. We may also leave you a WhatsApp message reminder.
💊 My dog license is ready — when can I pick it up?
Anytime during our business hours (09:00–19:00). We’ll notify you once it’s ready.
💊 What if I don’t collect it within 7 days?
Items may be released without notice or incur storage charges depending on the item type.
💊 How long will you hold my pet’s prescription food or medication?
We hold meds and food for 7 days. Please visit Mon–Sun, 09:00–19:00 to collect.
🕐 Can I walk in?
We accept walk-ins but prioritize confirmed appointments. Emergency cases are handled urgently.
🕐 What happens if I’m late?
After 15 minutes, we may charge a $100 admin fee or need to reschedule. Same-day appointments after a delay are not guaranteed and depend on vet availability. Preferred vets may not be available.
🕐 What’s the cancellation/no-show policy?
Please cancel at least 4 hours before the appointment. Failing to do so, or no-showing, will require a $100 deposit for next bookings.
🕐 How do I confirm my appointment?
Click the registration link we sent via WhatsApp to confirm. We only hold the slot for 15 minutes.
