Yes. If we don’t receive confirmation within the given timeframe, the slot will be released for other patients in need.

• Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes.
• Late arrivals may incur a $100 admin fee or be rescheduled.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, or no-shows without notice, will count toward a strike. After 3 such instances, a $100 deposit will be required to book future appointments.
