Q:
🩺 What's the cancellation policy for surgeries or ultrasounds?
A:- Surgery cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance or the deposit will be forfeited.
- Ultrasounds must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
Q:🩺 Is fasting required before surgery or an ultrasound?
A:Yes.
For surgery:- No food 12 hours before
- No water 2 hours before
For ultrasound:
- No food 6–8 hours before
- No water 2 hours before
Sedation may be required depending on the case (charged separately).
