I recently had my puppy desexed at Creature Comforts. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions before and after the procedure. My puppy came out of the surgery feeling great and was back to his normal self in no time. I highly recommend this service to all pet owners.

Frequently asked questions
-
Q:
What are the side effects of acupuncture?
A:The most common side effect is tiredness, and we take steps to reduce this as much as possible. There are some conditions that we would not recommend acupuncture for, which will be discussed in the consultation.
Q:Is acupuncture effective immediately?
A:It can take up to 6 sessions to be effective, but animals often respond faster than this.
Q:Is acupuncture painful for my pet?
A:We will always work to make sure your pawfriend is comfortable and painfree, and this include when performing acupuncture. This treatment is not painful for your pet.
Q:Does acupuncture for dogs really work?
A:Response to acupuncture varies greatly between patients and their condition, but we have certainly seen good improvement in many patients after they have recieved treatment.
