When we started Creature Comforts nearly two decades ago, we had four guiding values: Quality, Care, Convenience and Compassion.

When we started thinking about building a flagship new veterinary hospital in Tseung Kwan O, we knew that we must stay true to these values, making them the key foundations on which the hospital was built.

We have worked with an international team of experts to make a completely new type of veterinary hospital, designed from the ground up to make your pet’s vet visit a calm, relaxed and happy experience – somewhere they’ll wag their tail or purr contentedly when they realise they’re coming in.

Every one of our staff are committed to providing high quality, compassionate care. Our vets, nurses and our front office staff are specially certified in “Fear-Free” techniques for dogs and cats. In fact, Creature Comforts staff training and expertise is at such a standard that we are the only veterinary group in Hong Kong recognised and endorsed by the Hong Kong Management Association.

Creature Comforts Veterinary Centre TKO benefits from being a central element of the Creature Comforts Group of Hospitals, which also includes East Island 24hr Animal Hospital and Creature Comforts Veterinary Housecall Practice.
