COVID-19 In-Clinic Measures
As there has been a surge in COVID-19 cases, to ensure pet owners, your pets and our employees safety, we hope to remind everyone of the currently preventative measure we have in place:
1️⃣ Only one owner per pet will be allowed to enter the hospital area. If other family members would like to participate in the consultation, we are happy to arrange a video conference call for the duration of the consultation.
2️⃣ All visitors must wear a face mask within the hospital area at all times and sanitize their hands with alcohol gel when entering the hospital and before entering consultation room.
3️⃣ All employees must record their body temperature before the start of their shift. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and refrain coming into the hospital.
4️⃣ All visitors must complete the health declaration form (as shown on video tutorial) for public safety.
5️⃣ All non-essentials consultations and surgical procedure such as vaccinations and sterilizations will be temporary suspended. Please contact our reception to learn more.
6️⃣ There will be special arrangement regarding pet owner's visit for pets that are currently hospitalized. The hospital nurse will contact you for more details.
We have implemented these measures to ensure your pets continue to receive the highest quality care while keeping our community safe. We appreciate your understanding and support. If you have any questions about the above-mentioned measures, please feel free to give us a call at 2915 6266.
