Creature Comforts Housecalls are done by Dr David Quach and Dr Roy Jones  .  The phone is answered by Loretta and Yoyo who will answer any questions and make housecall appointments for you.  You may see one of our logistics team, Danny, Fred and Leung if you have ordered some home delivery or if your animal is being transferred to the hospital for treatment.  

In the case that any surgical, hospitalisation or further testing is required, our highly trained staff at our base clinics, East Island 24 hr Animal Hospital will take care of your pet's needs.  All of our vets are overseas trained and our support staff speak both English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
